Competition for Best Student Poster Award - Award Criteria & Competition Rules

AOGS is pleased to announce a Best Student Poster Competition.
Awards shall be in the form of Certificates to be signed by AOGS President and the Section President.

Number of Awards Per Section

Student Poster Competition Rules

1. The lead author student must be present for the Poster Session throughout the Section’s Poster Viewing/Interactive Forum.
   

   Poster Viewing/Interactive Forum - From 16:00 to 18:00
   Poster Session

   • Tuesday, 25 June: HS, IG, ST
   • Wednesday, 26 June: OS, PS, BG
   • Thursday, 27 June: AS, SE
     

2. Posters should be prepared and presented according to Presenter Guide - Posters



3. The criteria for evaluating the poster presentations are:
• Scientific quality and novelty;
• Poster design;
• Ability of student presenter to answer questions.



4. Results will be announced as soon as possible after the conclusion of the poster session.
