General Guidelines
- Each meeting registration covers TWO presentations
- Early bird rate only applies to payment received by 22 Apr 2008. After this date, current rates apply.
- After 1 June 2008, please register and make payment onsite.
- Authors are not eligible for the one-day pass. One-day pass is strictly for industry participants who do not submit abstracts and/or make presentations.
- Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
- Student registrants are required to email/fax their student ID / student proof letter to the conference secretariat for verification.

Payment onsite – You may choose ONE of the following
- Cash (USD or Korean Won) - All amounts will be rounded up to the higher dollar value. Please prepare exact amount as we shall be unable to return change.

Cancellation Policy
- There will be no refunds for registration cancellation/withdrawal received after 22 May 2008.
- As for all cancellations made before 22 May 2008, a SGD60 administrative fee (USD45) applies.
Notes for Authors
- It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract
- Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by 22 Apr 2008.
- Each registration fee covers TWO presentations maximum.
- At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided
- By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author.
- Abstracts whose authors did not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn
- Any outstanding abstract processing fee must be settled at the time of meeting registration
Notes for Industry Participants
- “Industry Participants” are individuals who do not submit abstract and/or make presentations.
- An Industry Participant is eligible to purchase a One-day pass for the chosen meeting day. The pass holder is entitled to attend all sessions for the day.
- If an industry participant wishes to attend more than one day of meeting, then the standard registration categories (Member / Non-member) apply.
