1. Print Advertisements

The Program Book is printed in Journal format (9.75" x 6"). It is given to all attendees. In is used as a reference guide by all attending the event and by Exhibitors and Sponsors as a marketing document. The publication provides detailed information on the meeting program, sponsors, exhibitors and any useful information related to the event.

• Completed artwork should be supplied via email as press-optimized PDF file, including bleed (where applicable) and registration/trim guides
• A hard copy/proof of the advertisement must also be provided
• All images and logos must be 300 dpi at a reasonable size (min. 70mm x 70mm) supplied via email in TIFF (preferred) or JPEG forma

2. Brochure Display on Shared Table (SGD750/USD535)

Display your product, services or programs to your target audience at the meeting by a brochure.  A maximum of 500 pieces for distribution for each sponsor

3. Donation & Sponsorship (any amount)

Amount donated will go to the society in support of young and promising scientists who require financial support. This is in the formed of registration fee waiver that the society offers yearly.
