  1. Successful applicants get to play an active role in assisting Session Chairs and attend the conference free of charge. The limit is one accepted abstract per Student Volunteer presenter.

  2. Full-time Students who can show they have relevant experience conducting online meetings and/or demonstrate that they are familiar with online meeting platforms and willing to volunteer for a long period of time (not just drop in for a single afternoon) preferred.

  3. Requirements
    • Full-time students only
    • Able to deliver up to 18 hours of duties from Mon-02 Aug to Fri-06 Aug during AOGS2021 virtual conference hours
    • Only application with complete information will be considered

  4. Application Must Clearly State
    1. Your AOGS Membership ID
    2. Your availability – from DD/MM/YY to DD/MM/YY
    3. Your commitment to attend rehearsals and practice sessions
    4. 2 to 3 lines about your relevant experience conducting online meetings and/or demonstrate that you are familiar with online meeting platforms and willing to volunteer for a long period of time (not just drop in for a single afternoon)
