Session Description The aim of the present session is to discuss latest developments on the problem of plasma turbulence, nonlinear waves, and particle acceleration in space plasma environment. Particular topics to be covered include, Langmuir turbulence generated by electron beam, observational and theoretical aspects of MHD turbulence in the solar wind, nonlinear wave-particle interactions, coronal heating and solar wind acceleration, among others. The session is intended to span the range of such nonlinear processes via both theory, numerical modeling, and data analysis. Contributions from all the relevant fields are invited.
