Session Description | The proposed Laboratory Planetary Session is intended to bring together laboratory, atmospheric, planetary, and astrophysiochemistry researchers (experimentalists, observers, theorists, and modelers), and other interested researchers. The research areas include, but not limited to, all spectral ranges of laboratory investigations; particle and radiation interaction with all phases of matters, theoretical and laboratory cross sections and reaction rates, with emphasis on application to planetary, cometary, and astronomical observations. The session serves as a professional forum to disseminate and advance scientific knowledge, further discuss emerging ideas and insights on astrophysiochemistry and its integration across various branches of science and technology. It is important to promote the dialogues among interdisciplinary researchers, especially in Asia, and hence to increase the collaboration and cross fertilization of ideas to ensure the continual growth of scientific understanding as well as the community. |
