| Session Description | This session will focus on physical and chemical properties of the crust and mantle in the Earth. We welcome contributions from many fields including deformation of crust and mantle minerals, rheology, mineralogy, and petrology. We encourage scientists present their recent progresses in those topics through high pressure experimental studies and numerical simulations. Constraints from geophysical and geochemical observations from field studies would also be very useful. |
