| Session Description | Our view of Mercury has changed dramatically in the last years. Much of this change is due to the amazing results from the MESSENGER mission. However there have also been new discoveries based on ground-bassed observations and modeling. The ESA-JAXA mission BepiColombo is getting ready to embark on its journey to Mercury to provide us with even deeper insights. This session is dedicated to taking stock of our view of Mercury today and what the BepiColombo mission will add to it. |
