| Session Description | As a near historically strong EL Nino event is expected to peak by the end of 2015, this session is focused on understanding the dynamics of ENSO, including its diversity and complexity, its interaction with climate mean state, annual cycle, MJO and other climate modes of variability, its predications and predictability, its impacts on climate and weather as well as beyond, its changes in the past and towards future. In particular, papers on the current El Nino event are welcome. |
