| Session Description |
This session is devoted to engineering management of lake and river for hydro-power development and environmental protection of the surrounding human communities. It is to provide a forum to discuss methods and technique for numerical simulations and field and laboratory measurements. Topics in river hydrodynamics, morphology and sediment transport are addressed. Special emphasis is given to research on the lake and river flow interaction and on high speed shear flow in steep river course. |
