| Session Description | Asea-Oceania hosts the most active magmatic regions on earth, comprising supra-subduction convergent zones, back-arc basins, and hot spots, or combinations thereof. This session invites papers on petrology and geochemistry of arc eruptives, mantle xenoliths, ophiolites, OIB lavas and other magmatic products. Examples from the Philippines, Japan, South China Sea, Indonesia, Vietnam are encouraged. |
