General Election

The AOGS President, Secretary-General, Treasurer, and Section Presidents for the term of 2016-2018 will be elected at the 12th General Meeting on 2 - 7 August, 2015 in Singapore.

Voting Instructions:

Every AOGS member will receive a “ballot slip” coupon upon check-in
Casting of votes will be done at Balloting Station (Near the Registration Counter).
Voting Procedure:
1. Each AOGS Member can exchange the “ballot slip” coupon for 4 balloting slips:
  - President
  - Secretary General
  - Treasurer
  - Section Presidents
2. Every candidate from the respective offices will have 1 ballot box
3. Voters are to drop the ballot slips into the box of their selected candidate for each office
