AOGS2024 provides a range of packages tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs. These packages include booth space, marketing opportunities and access to all event sessions and activities.
The nature and extent of recognition can be negotiated and tailored to align with the sponsors’ goals and AOGS objectives.

The Axford Lectures, Section Distinguished Lectures, and Medal Lectures are among the principal attractions of each annual gathering. AOGS looks to sponsors for assistance in order to promote improved cooperation and innovation, which in turn promotes our society's long-term viability and the areas of expertise of our members. Your donation will fund one or more of these talks, depending on what you would like to sponsor.

One of the main goals of the AOGS has always been to inspire young people. A number of programs offered by AOGS are designed to provide participants some work experience, help them explore potential career paths, help them hone their professional and personal skills, and help them forge connections with the AOGS global geoscience community. Depending on what you choose, your donation will support one or more of the following AOGS programs: Registration Fee Support, Mentoring Program, and Best Student Poster Competition.

One of the key aspects of ensuring a positive attendee experience is providing convenience and sustenance during the event. Your contribution will not only elevate conference attendee experience but also create a memorable association with our event. Your donation will fund one or more of these attendee services, depending on what you would like to sponsor - Beer Session, Ice Cream Bar, Korean Favourites (Noodles, Fried Chicken), Coffee/Tea, Eco-Friendly Pedicab Rides around the conference venue.

Souvenirs with your organization’s logo and branding increase your visibility and help attendees remember your organization long after the event. Your contribution will go to provide one or more items that are of tangible benefits to our meeting attendees. Depending on what you would like to sponsor, your donation will go to fund one or more of these freebies – Compact & Light Weight Umbrella, Fabric Bag Tag, Tooth Paste & Tooth Brush and Other Amenities such as Towels and Toiletries.

AOGS Conveners are influential figures in their fields. The Convener’s Dinner is the moment to honor and celebrate their contributions to the overall success of the conference. Sponsoring the dinner allows organizations to demonstrate their expertise to a highly targeted and influential audience. It is a chance to showcase products, services, or solutions relevant to the conference theme. This year’s convener’s dinner will feature an “Authentic Self-Cook Korean BBQ” taking place on Friday 28 June 2024 at the Ramada Pyeongchang BBQ.
