Registration Categories & Fees | Conference Highlights

General Guidelines

  1. Each meeting registration covers TWO presentations
  2. Early bird rate only applies to payment received by 1 Jun 2009. After this date, current rates apply.
  3. After 8 Jul 2009, please register and make payment onsite.
  4. Authors are NOT eligible for the one-day pass. One-day pass is strictly for industry participants who do not submit abstracts and/or make presentations.
  5. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
  6. Student registrants are required to email/fax their student ID / student proof letter to the conference secretariat for verification.

Payment onsite – You may choose ONE of the following

  • Cash (USD or Singapore Dollar) - All amounts will be rounded up to the higher dollar value. Please prepare exact amount as we shall be unable to return change.
  • Credit Card (Visa/Master Card Only)

Cancellation Policy

  • There will be no refunds for registration cancellation/withdrawal received after 10 June 2009.
  • As for all cancellations made before 10 June 2009, a SGD60 administrative fee (USD45) applies.

Notes for Authors

  • It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by 1 Jun 2009 .
  • Each registration fee covers TWO presentations maximum. An additional registration fee of SGD290/USD220 applies for each paper in excess of the TWO presntations/papers.
  • At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided
  • By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author.
  • Abstracts whose authors did not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn
  • Any outstanding abstract processing fee must be settled at the time of meeting registration

Notes for Industry Participants

  • "Industry Participants" are individuals who do not submit abstract and/or make presentations.
  • An Industry Participant is eligible to purchase a One-day pass for the chosen meeting day. The pass holder is entitled to attend all sessions for the day.
  • If an industry participant wishes to attend more than one day of meeting, then the standard registration categories (Member / Non-member) apply.
