Hotel Booking: Pan Pacific Singapore
- The room rates are on a per room, per night basis in Singapore dollar and is subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Room rate is applicable two days prior and two days after the AOGS official event dates.
- All room reservations must be guaranteed by a one night room rate advance deposit or by use of major credit cards. For credit card guarantee, the Hotel requires written information to include the name of the card holder as it appears on the card, the card number and card expiry date. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12 noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date.
- One night no show charge will be applicable for no show of confirmed reservations.
- One night room charge will be levied as cancellation charge for cancellation of confirmed reservations with less than 48 working hours notice prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. For early check-in, a full day room rate will be levied. Late check-out till 1800 hours will be chargeable at 50% of the room rate and a full day room rate will be levied for late check-out after 1800 hours, subject to room availability.
- Complimentary early check-in at 1200 hours and complimentary late check-out at 1400 hours are applicable for reservations confirmed before 01 July 2009, subject to availability.
