The information provided below will help you prepare for your digital showcase and sponsorship at the AOGS2022 Virtual Meeting. The dates for the meeting are from 01 to 05 August 2022. Please read the information below carefully and we look forward to having you join us for our Virtual Meeting!
Submission & Registration Deadline is Mon-18 Jul 2022
Please refer to the marketing material checklist below. Mon-18 Jul 2022 will be the deadline for submitting all required materials and registering your complimentary conference pass holders.

Submitting Your Marketing Materials
- For Digital Showcase
- Log on to MARS with your email and password
- On the left menu, click "Update Digital Showcase"
- Upload your products, images, video URLs, social media & webinar links
- Click submit to complete the update
- For 30-Sec Promo Video (Medal & Distinguished Lecture Sponsor) or Full-Colour Page Advertisement (e-Program Guide Sponsor)
- Please Email them to AOGS Secretariat at geomeet@asiaoceania.org
- Video Specifications: 30 Secs Duration in MP4 Format
- Page Advertisement Specifications: 1280 x 720px in JPEG or PNG Format
Register Complimentary Conference Pass Holders – 2 Per Exhibitor/Sponsor
- Log on to MARS with your email and password
- On the left menu, click "Register Conference Pass Holder"
- You will require the Email, Full Name, Organization, and Job Title of the pass holder.
- Click submit to complete the registration
- All sponsors are required to register their conference pass holders by Mon, 18 Jul 2022.
When Does a Virtual Showcase Go Live?
- Once payment is cleared/received by AOGS
- And after all marketing materials are successfully uploaded online via MARS
