AOGS2022 Virtual – Details Every Presenter Needs to Know

On your session/presentation date,

Sign-in with your email and password to your user panel on AOGS MARS to launch and connect to our online conferencing tool. Please do so at least 15 minutes before session start time.

1. Log-in to MARS with your email and password here: https://meetmatt-svr.net/
2. Click on "AOGS Virtual" under Author Options to locate your session/ session/presentation
3. Click on "Join Meeting" to launch and connect to our online conferencing tool.
   Always remember to connect to audio and simply wait until the session starts.
4. AOGS No-Show Policy:
   Presenters are required to be present for Live Q&A.
   If pre-recordings are played or posters are displayed, but presenters are absent for Live Q&A, it will be recorded as a No-Show.
5. Zoom Room Recordings
   You can continue to access these till 30 September 2022 (Singapore time).
