The conference rooms are spread over two locations: Alpensia Resort and Mona YongPyong Resort. The two locations are close to each other, and AOGS2024 shuttle buses will be available to transport attendees between them.

The Intercontinental and Holiday Inn hotels are located within the Alpensia Resort and the Dragon Valley Hotel, Tower, Villa and Greenpia Condominium are located within the Mona YongPyong Resort.
