The AOGS President, Secretary-General, Treasurer, and Section Presidents for the term of 2018-2020 will be elected at the 14th General Meeting on 6 - 11 August, 2017 in Singapore. (View announcement)

Ballot Box Opens - Tue, 8-Aug-17, 09:00
Ballot Box Closes - Fri, 11-Aug-17, 14:30

Vote Counting: Fri, 11-Aug-17 from 14:30
Announcement of Results: Fri, 11-Aug-17 after 17:00

Voting Instructions:

  1. Every AOGS member will receive a “general election” coupon upon check-in
  2. Casting of votes will be done at Balloting Station (Near the Registration Counter).
  3. Voting Procedure:
    1. Each AOGS Member can exchange the “general election” coupon for 4 voting slips:
      • President
      • Secretary General
      • Treasurer
      • (*) Section Presidents
        where * represents their Primary Section
    2. Every candidate from the respective offices will have 1 ballot box
    3. Voters are to drop the voting slips into the box of their selected candidate for each office
    4. To write in a candidate, exchange one of the slips of the respective offices (President, Secretary General, Treasurer, Section President) at the Info Counter for a “write in” slip
