Cancellation Policy

  • Registration cancellations include both full cancellation and partical cancellation such as cancellation of field trips / optional purchases.
  • There will be no refunds for registration cancellation/withdrawal received after 25 May 2010.
  • As for all cancellations made before 25 May 2010, a SGD60 administrative fee (USD45) applies.

Registration Policy

Authors/Presenters

  1. It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract
  2. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by 10 May 2010.
    • Non-member authors need register and pay fees by 10 May 2010, or papers will be withdrawn
    • Member authors need register attendance by 10 May 2010 or papers will be withdrawn
  3. At the time of registration, the IDs of the abstracts to be presented must be provided. Otherwise, the abstract is considered NOT registered and risk being withdrawn.
  4. Each registration fee covers TWO presentations maximum. An additional registration fee of INR10600/SGD290/USD230 applies for each paper in excess of the TWO presntations/papers.
  5. Any outstanding abstract processing fee must be settled at the time of meeting registration
  6. Authors are NOT eligible for the one-day pass. One-day pass is strictly for industry participants who do not submit abstracts and/or make presentations.
  7. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
  8. Student registrants are required to email/fax their student ID / student proof letter to the conference secretariat for verification.

Industry Participants

  • Industry Participants are defined as individuals who do not submit abstract and do not make presentations.
  • An Industry Participant is eligible to purchase a One-day pass for the chosen meeting day. The pass holder is entitled to attend all sessions for the day.
  • If attending more than 2 days, full fee is applicable and as shown in AOGS/EGU - Members/Non Members Category
  • One-day rates are not applicable to Authors and Presenters

Retirees

  • Retirees are defined to be the delegates who are over the age of 60 and are not employed more than 10% of full time in a professional capacity

Block Registrations

Fees and Currencies

  1. SGD fees are fixed; USD and INR fees are indicative and subject to currency fluctuation
  2. Prevailing government taxes and service charges shall apply
  3. Each registration fee covers TWO presentations maximum. An additional registration fee of INR10600/SGD290/USD230 applies for each paper in excess of the TWO presntations/papers.
  4. Early Bird Rates end on 10 May 2010. Increased Rates apply if payment is not received on or before 10 May 2010
