The information provided below will help you prepare for your digital showcase and sponsorship at the AOGS 20^th Anniversary Annual Meeting in 2023. The dates for the meeting are from 30 July to 04 August 2023. Please read the information below carefully and we look forward to having you celebrate with us.

Submission & Registration Deadline is Tuesday 20^th June 2023

Please refer to the marketing material checklist below. Tuesday 20^th June 2023 will be the deadline for submitting all required materials and registering your complimentary pass holders.

Submitting Your Marketing Materials

For Supporter/Exhibitor Package

• Log on to MARS with your email and password
• On the left menu, click "Update Digital Showcase"
• Upload your products, images, video URLs, social media & webinar links
• Click submit to complete the update

For Knowledge Partner’s 30-Sec Promo Video

• Please Email to AOGS Secretariat at geomeet@asiaoceania.org
• Video Specifications: 30 Secs Duration in MP4 Format

• For Partner Sponsor’s Display Advertisement

• Please Email to AOGS Secretariat at geomeet@asiaoceania.org
• o 300 x 250 Medium Rectangle in JPG or PNG File Format

Register Pass Holders

• Log on to MARS with your email and password
• On the left menu, click "Register Pass Holder"
• You will require the Email, Full Name, Organization, and Job Title of the pass holder.
• Click submit to complete the registration
• All sponsors are required to register their pass holders by Tuesday 20th June 2023

When Does a Digital Showcase Go Live?

• Once payment is cleared/received by AOGS
• And after all marketing materials are successfully uploaded online via MARS
