Voting Instructions

1. Every AOGS member will receive a “ballot slip” coupon upon check-in
2. Casting of votes will be done at Balloting Station (Near the Registration Counter).
3. Voting Procedure:
   1. Each AOGS Member can exchange the “ballot slip” coupon for 4 balloting slips:
      • President
      • Secretary General
      • Treasurer
      • Section Presidents
   2. Every candidate from the respective offices will have 1 ballot box
   3. Voters are to drop the ballot slips into the box of their selected candidate for each office
