Approval of Constitutional Changes	191	More than 50% acceptance; surpassed the minimum 25% threshold.

1.	Opening and Welcome Address A special welcome was given to everyone in attendance by Professor Chun-Chieh WU, President of AOGS, including all distinguished government representatives, Honourable Governor Jin-Tae KIM of Gangwon Province, Honourable Mayor Jae-Kook SIM of PyeongChang County, and Dr Ok-Hee KANG, President of the Gangwon Tourism Organization. In addition, he thanked the Local Advisory Committee and emphasized that this was a rescheduled meeting originally set for 2020. After the AOGS President's address, the Governor's welcome speech was aired on video, and then the Mayor and Professor Kyung-Ja HA, the Local Advisory Committee's co-chair, gave welcome addresses. The meeting was called to order 5:50pm (GMT+9).
2.	Approval of the Agenda All were in favour of the agenda as presented.
3.	Approval of the Honorary Member Award to Professor Johnny CHAN All were in favour of the award.
4.	Approval of the Amendments to the Constitution 191 out of 355 in attendance voted in favour of the proposed amendments.
5.	Treasurer’s Report Dr Stephen CHUA, Assistant Treasurer presented the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Statement. There was no question at the conclusion of the audited statement and approved as presented.
6.	Secretary General’s Report Professor Robin ROBERTSON presented the report of the Society’s activities during the past year.
7.	Publication Committee Chair’s Report Professor Van-Thanh-Van NGUYEN presented the Publication Committee Report for the past year. In addition, updated on the society journal’s elevated standing and continued impact factor of 4.0.
8.	Regional Advisory Committee Chair’s Report Professor Wing-Huen IP presented the report of the Regional Advisory Committee’s activities during the past year.
9.	Presentation of Awards by AOGS President Professor Chun-Chieh WU presented the following awards: Axford Medal: Professor Jian LIN Wing Ip Medal: Professor Chih-Pei CHANG Honorary Member: Professor Johnny CHAN AOGS Fellows: Professor Joong Bae AHN, Professor Gwo-Fong LIN, Professor Tiger Jann Yeng LIU, Dr Petrus J. At 6:50pm, the AGM was adjourned. There was a welcome reception and the inaugural concert after that.
